Hello

I have the Edifier R1600Ts, and I want to add an entry-level subwoofer, preferably less than £50. I'm looking for good value for money around this level. I will be making a 'big' upgrade in the summer, this sub needs to tide my over until then.

I just need the bass as big and tight as possible.

Bump

Is £50 too low? Would I have to go up to £100?
I really don't want to spend a lot as this sub will only last a few months and then I am going for a big upgrade (probably Wharedale Diamond SW150)

You do have the option of simply waiting it out, or possibly using an old sub laying around if you have one.

Otherwise, I'd guess you'd have better options at the 100 price point....though for a cheap handful-of-months stopgap, I don't know if it'd be worth it, lest you start a dual-sub config....

All around £100 and will work with the edifiers.
