EMU 1212 Drivers ??

I bought a 2nd hand 1212 card without install disc. I downloaded drivers from emu and installed but when I open patchmix it says no drivers loaded and hardware manager also says driver not loaded. Am I missing something? Turned off onboard sound and deleated prior sound drivers. Anyone have advise?

Well I just got off the phone with EMU tech support and they said I got took. The drivers should recogize the card. Theirfore the card is defective. Ebay strikes again. Seller said card 100% working. Maybe working as paperweight

Running xp pro sp2 and I had deleated my soundmax program and drivers and now unable to reload my onboard sound. I seem to have some xp issue. After installing soundmax drivers again I get Dsndup error stating no adi codec driver installed. Tried all kinds of various installs.
I installed the 1212 card and then canceled out of new hardware found and installed the Emu drivers off website and then installed patchmix. When I opened patchmix it said drivers were not installed. Patchmix 1.81 and firmware 1.82. Any input? Thanks
