I was trying to say that you needed a plug-in for either foobar 2000 or winamp (NOT for 1212M) because neither one comes with asio support out of the box. again, you only need asio with 'em if you're going to upsample past 48khz otherwise you could use directsound or kernel streaming with the later providing similar benefits as using asio.

by the way, anyone that is using foobar2000 and is resampling their sound do you notice an improvement in sound quality when enabling "slow mode"?
