Emmeline HR-2 build quality – impact proof !?

I accidentally dropped HR-2 from about 5 feet heigh shelf to a hardwood floor. Scared the hell out of me till I found out that it works like nothing happened

That wouldn't surprise me since Ray builds his stuff to Military Specs... or darn close.

I've said it before: my HR-2 will not only survive my 3 yr old daughter; it'll outlive the cockroaches!

My point exactly. Bring on the Nookyoular weapons!
Only the HR-2 will survive!

PS My XR-2 took a nasty shot to the faceplate (ding and all) and is still dead silent between the notes.

What caliber was the bullet that hit it?

Seriously though, out of everything out there, my money would go on Ray's equipment surviving anything short of a direct hit by artillery without a glitch.
There is "military grade" and then there is Ray Samuel's "extended military grade".
I rest my case.

LOL I don't honestly know. My system has been in constant upgrade status and in one of the reconfigs it must have taken a hit.
Ray's crap just doesn't even blink!

Your HR-2 should be more than fine.

I have never seen an amplifier with more meticulous build quality.
I have also never seen an amplifier with a cleaner soldering job.

I bought an HR-2 without having heard one solely on its build.
It was quite a smart decision... I have never been happier!

Enjoy! Mr. Samuels built it like a tank!
