If your computer has a cheap psu I'd say a $60 antec earthwatts psu is a better thing to buy than a digital converter if you really want to solve the issue without another line. But the best option would be to put the furnace on another line. Before you decide, make sure it is only your computer sound card which is affected by your furnace. I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of your setup has audible hiccups from line noise, and a digital converter or more power filtering may not solve the issue.

Have you checked to see if your outlets [are they even three prong?] have a good earth ground?

All the power cords, Belkin PureAV isolator, and outlet are three-prong ones.

The important thing to note here is that even if all of your outlets and plugs have the ground prong, the outlets may not be correctly wired inside the wall. If these problems persist I'd just recommend finding an electrician you find you can trust and have he/she take a look.
