Hey everyone,

I have a set of Elysian Divas, which sound amazing with my Topping L50 and on my Denon home theater amp, but when I try using it with the Shangling UA4, there is a noticible channel imbalance. With my Qudelix 5k, one side doesn't work at all. Anyone have any idea what's going on with these? Is it a power issue? Putting it in high gain on the Shangling doesn't seem to do anything.

maybe the cable isn't inserting properly with the jack or adapter. what cable/termination? I've had similar issues with some 2.5 to 4.4 adapters and certain cables

The cable is 4.4, I have 2 cables and it’s the same with both cables. Tried it with the 2.5 adapter for the Q5k. The adapter works fine for my SA6 ultras, just not the Diva. It’s really weird.
