Elpac improve vibev5 at low volumes?

I emailed norm and he says that the elapc will improve the vibe at high volumes, but I listen stritly at low volumes, like around 9 oclock, would the amp even benefit from this?

I'm no electrical engineer, but it seems to me that it should, as IIRC, the voltage remains the same, you're increasing the resistance at lower volumes, so there is less current. V = IR or something like that.

OK y'all, why am I dead wrong?
