Will Eletech release in-between sizes for the Baroque eartips? While the M fits me relatively well, my ears are of different sizes and i often wonder about the in-betweens, specifically ML and MS. I would love to explore those if you ever have them made @Eric Chong

We are currently still looking into those and redesigning the sizes and checking the feasibility of those. May look at XL (or LL) too if it all works out.

If this happens, it'll definitely be in 2024.

We only have 1 last surprise for 2023, and it's not exactly a product

Do i need to review cables, or buy a ton of Eletech cables to get proper support from the brand?

Long story short, and this is coming from a very disappointed customer who owns an Eletech cable for the last 2 years, and will not spend any other dime on getting another!!

In May i´ve contacted Eric, since my cable started to fail on one of the sides, i´ve asked Eric if he could provide some guidelines on how to get the cable repaired locally, instead of having to send it back to him (wanted to avoid unnecessary custom taxes)...Eric told that it would be best if i send him the cable, which i did, and 3/4 weeks later (and after paying custom taxes) i did receive the cable, and 5 months later here i am again with the same issues...

Emailed Eric last week, no reply whatsoever...he must be busy...

That is surprising. Both with regards to the cable and the response. I cannot say that I have any issues with any of my cables. As with most folks with Eletech cables.

Whilst I can perhaps understand your frustration and impatience, perhaps your first sentence is not quite warranted or the way to get attention. In any event, I am sure you will get a response soon.

Meanwhile, re: your previous RMA, the issue was with the solder points to the 4.4mm plug getting ripped out of the joints. Our prior service notes recorded that we've rebuilt and reterminate the 4.4mm side anew. If the same problem was to manifest again, I suspect that the same thing had happened again.

I second Kiat’s post and vouch for Eric and his team’s services. I’ve come to know Eric personally and he’s probably one of the very few persons in this side of the industry that I would regard as my friend.
