I have just purchased a pair of ebay. The speil on the front of the packet reads.

Are these the same/as effective as the Etymotic ER-20 everyone is talking about.

(For those who don't know ER-20's are universal musicians earplugs)

The plugs look the same as my pairs but the case is completely different and those say they reduce sound by 16dB while the ETYMOTIC ones say 20dB.

What color are they? Etymotic makes a smaller version and the are blue, the "s" could mean "small". Go to Etymotic.com, maybe the answer is there.

The tri-flanges are white and the stalk is completely clear.

In terms of diameter the largest flange is 13mm, middle 11mm and smallest 8mm
