Hi I'm looking to purchase some over ear headphones and I listen to like 90% edm like house trap dub all that jazz, plus 10% of misc things like 90s/2000s and kid cudi asap rocky kanye n stuff of that sorts. My price range is like 150<x<250 and I'm looking for something that can provide solid bass and get some good clarity for vocals (pardon my lack of audiophile jargon). I've been looking at some ATH-m50s but i keep seeing reviews on how sub-par they are but then other reviews on how their price is amazing for their sound and im willing to go a bit higher though so any recommendations of over-ears that will suit my genre needs would be greatly appreciated!

For over ear, look into the Ultimate Ears ue6000 http://ue.logitech.com/en-sg/product/ue6000 I find it better than ATH-M50 in terms of everything except for build quality do note that ATH have just announced the new ATH-M50x with detachable cable feature

For in-ear, look into the Jabra Vox as well http://www.jabra.com/products/mobile_corded/jabra_vox/jabra_vox
