The biflanges on my TF10s have a tendency to slip off when I take the IEMs out of my ears a little too quickly, so I tried to think of a solution. I ended up cutting 2 tiny, narrow strips of gaffer's tape (any tape works, but gaffers or masking is preferable as they leave no tacky residue) and putting one on the end of each tube (around the circumference). The size difference is negligible, but the tips stay on a lot better. I can't take pictures right now, as I should be finishing up a bio lab assignment, so I'll post pics tonight.
