Shure olives are a pain to put on and remove, because the nozzle is plastic and the core of the olive tip is rubber. People on these forums say they have broken the nozzle on their earpieces from forcefully attempting to remove the tip or putting them in the freezer to allow for easier removal. What I thought of today was to dab a bit of olive oil onto my index finger from the kitchen and onto the nozzle (just the area the tips' cores contact, dont want oil in the drivers!). this allows me to remove and put on the tips without getting worried about breaking the tips and or nozzles!
