soundearphone.com is a great store to buy high end headphones and earphone. I brought my Sm3 v2 from them too.

Man I have no clue were to get the SM3 V2 other than the for sale forum here where I've seen 3 or 4 for sale or the poster above me but as far as new I guess since the SM64 was released they canceled the SM3 V2.
