Hi guys, I am looking for new earphones that have 'somewhat' the same quality as my AKG K701 for mainly classical pieces. Will be using with an iPhone 4. Microphone is a plus, but not necessary. Sound isolation is definitely a plus. A portable amp recommendation would also be nice. Budget is about 150 - more or less.

I've been recommended the Klipsch S4i. What's your take on it?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'm currently leaning with the Etymotic HF3 as I've heard Etymotics are renowned for their isolation. Sony EX600 on the other hand is said to have good quality of sound but weaker isolation. Since I am not looking for superb quality because I already have my K701 at home, I think the Etymotics would suit me best as my commuter headphones. But indeed, both good headphones, very flat/neutral, which is good for Classical pieces.

Thanks again!

If I may suggest Westone 4 Superb Isolation, Or Vsonic GR-07, Dynamic Driver a little less Isolation, but more of a real Sound
