[Kubernetes]

I just received my Earmax Pro from sumb today and I've been listening through it in my office, along w/ Grado RS-1, CAL Gamma DAC and Sony D-Ej01.

Unreal!

Can it get any better than this? I had been using the Headroom Cosmic prior to today, but this... this... is unreal.

So articulate, so controlled, and so amazingly musical.

Does it get any better?

Anyone who believes that Grados are unlistenable for long periods of time is obviously not using the right equipment to feed his cans.

Before I answer your question, let me congratulate you on your acquisition. By all accounts, it's an excellent amp. And the RS-1s are indeed excellent headphones. Now to your question.............YES, it does get better. It's spelled ETYMOTIC ER-4s.

Congratulations Kubernetes,
I know just how you feel, the EMP does match well with the RS-1's. It also matches well the HD-600's--if you get a chance, try it out
