No offense but they don't look very good in general. Do you even get 2 since it doesn't even confirm that.
You have to plug in to charge?? What! Then the two other pics are BS cause one is some earphone with MMCX connector and multiple drivers so is a lie as is the other showing submerging an IPX5 model which is not to be dropped in water unless it is IPX7. I even doubt the IPX5 if it has a usb socket in the earpieces.
I woulda sold you my Meeture MTW5 for $10 if you are in the US.
