Using any combination of 3.5mm mini plugs the Earcandy v.2 cable is a versatile performer.
The Earcandy v.2 replaces, yes, you guessed it, Earcandy. It's a whole new ballgame. Earcandy was very good, Earcandy v.2 is even better. More detailed, more dynamic, less noise entry, better mechanical damping, it's all good. You hear more and the cable just plain gets out of the way better than ever.
We use a smaller strand but a higher number of them for each conductor to increase flexibility and long term performance. We use a dielectric that reduces signal absorption to an exceptionally low level. We even reconfigured the cable internally for better damping which controls noise generated by internal and external vibrations.
Earcandy v.2 may not be the most imaginative name for a cable that replaces Earcandy, but we used all of our creative expertise on the cable. By the time we were done we were too tired to come up with a new name. I hope that won't keep you from trying the almost, all new Earcandy v.2. Well, everything but the name is new and improved.
