So far besides the basic ipod earphones, I've tried this style as well

My problem is, my ear canals are not normal shaped, or so I think. They are either really small, or they curve down. Those style of buds hardly even stay in my ear for more than 5 mins at a time, and this is just sitting. I'm lookin for a decent pair, no more than $100 that have a design that stays in the ear very well. A pair that I can maybe run with, or at least walk. The
