I am using a pair of senheiser cx300, I feel they are a bit unconfortable and they dont block outside noise. I was thinking to change the tips. ¿ do you know if the etymotic ear plugs can be use as tips for earphones ?

Here's an excellent thread on the subject of tips.
 
Tips such those in that thread can be purchased from many sources including Ear Plug Superstore, MEElec or Head Direct.
 
The CX300 has a 5.5mm nozzle, so it is unlikely that Etymotic tips/earplugs would fit. However, MEElec M9 and M11+ tips fit that size perfectly and are a great value. Several head-fi-ers prefer the "Balanced Sound" biflanges from them. I like the Head Direct biflanges linked above on nozzles of that size. Shure E2c silicone tips are also very good on that size nozzle (other Shures would be too small AFAIK).
