Ordered the 13 yesterday.  Scheduled an appointment early with an audiologist this morning.  Went there.  Doc said I had a little bit of ear wax and had to removed it on the spot.  It was painful.  So painful the removal did not get done.  Doc said I should use ear wax removal solution for a couple of day and do my impression next week.
 
Has anyone had similar experience with painful ear wax removal?  How did you deal with it?

I usually put ear wax softener in my ears before for a few days I go to the docs.
