I just installed eac.99 and went through a "how to rip to flac" tutorial, but when I go to rip the tracks, the program just closes, immediately. I have restarted, reinstalled, tried a few variations given in the tutorials, but nothing is helping. Any suggestions?

Start from scratch, then add options one at a time until you hopefully find the culprit.

If you use this tutorial and follow it then you will have no problems.
