I wonder if there is any chance to pre-order the E7 seeing that it should start shipping in the next 20-30days? When do you expect to get some in stock?

The last news i had from Fiio was that they were about 40 days from releasing the E7, but that was 2 weeks ago, i have not heard anything since.

I am planning on setting up a hands on impression tour of the E7, having my sample passed around to various Head-fi members, which i need to organize asap, hopefully have a thread going by Monday for this.

Yours is a pre production one I take it?

essentially the final model, but there maybe some astetic and firmware adjustments. I haven't seen the final production version so i can't comment what or if there are any differences, but the unit was not made that long ago.
