today , after class, i tried to put on my e3c,but this is what i found.

one of the tip thing is missing.it falls off.

i just got the e3c in april.
i am wonderin if shure can cover me for that? or i just wasted 120 bux on the e3c because i was such a moron and could not wait for the e4c???

please help, =(...

That's not good. I think your best bet is to contact Shure......they have a very good customer service department. Maybe you'll get lucky and it'll be covered.

That is exactly what happened to mine.

I had them in, and then I felt one becoming loose. So I took out the earphone and the end part fell off. Disappointing.

you will need to call Shure before you send them back.

get a replacement pair, sell them online and buy a pair of e4s.

i called them and they say i can just send it back for repair. thanks guys..i was hoping that they can upgrade me to e4c tho..but he made it clear that its not posssible.

considering that the e4c is a step above the e3c, it's not surprising that they declined your request. you don't expect honda to give you an accord when you bring in your civic for warranty work do you?
