This is a little gross so the squeamish should stop reading now.
I have multiple issues with the E3s, but the most pressing problem right now is that the tubes seem to be clogged with cerumen. This adds quite a bit of bass to the sound but the highs are defintely cut off, and in the right channel there is hardly any sound coming out.
Besides the wax tool, is there any other way to clean these? I thought of using ear drops but I don't want to damage the drivers. I also think the drivers might already be damaged from sticking the tool in the tube. Is that possible?
