Buy.com is a real site. Many people had problems with their customer service. Some had really bad experiences. I have ordered from them before and everything went smooth.

compuplus.com

got mine there, one of the shells on my e2's cracked when I was trying to changed sleeving, sent them to shure with my compuplus printout, and they replaced my e2s.

they are on the way as I type via UPS, but shures warranty turn around time is about 2 weeks. so its been 3 weeks since I bought my e2s and have yet to test them more then 2 minutes.

IMHO no... not when 3Cs are ~$20 more.

I "paid" that much for mine at Frys but I used a $100 gift certificate.

If I had to pay my own $$$ for them Id surely get them online for $65... Most likely from an Ebay seller.
