I'm looking to get some e2cs used, but they don't come with any tips (the ones I found). A search of Shure's website and Amazon revealed that you can buy 10 packs of medium foamies, or another specific type, but no variety pack similar to that which comes with the initial purchase! Does anyone know where I can by a bundle of different tips, as I have never used IEMs before, and have no idea what works.

The foamies work the best and most comfortable.

I also find foam tips more comfortable, and better at isolating. However, I have made myself "like" the plastic tips, since they are cleanable and thus re-usable. The foams just get to a point where they need to be replaced. I would call Shure if I were you. I am an Etymotic man myself, but I hear that Shure has as good customer support as Etymotic does. If you call them up and explain the issue, I'm reasonably sure they would accomodate you. Can't hurt trying, anyway.

So should I just go with mediums, and hope for the best? I'm male, and I'd say I have average sized ears, but I'm not sure.
