Currently I have some E2c IEMs (Kramer-modded), and am looking to acquire some ER-6i as well for their apparently wider sound stage and better isolation. I was wondering, though, does anyone know whether the tips from the E2c are useable on the Etys? I've seen lots of old stuff on the forums, but haven't really managed to get to the bottom of it - tube diameters etc. seem to have changed.

Anyone able to help a newb out??

I've heard that tips on the e3c, e4c+ fit on the ety's, but not anything about e2c, but I could be wrong.

E2C have larger stems than the rest of the Shure line.
