Oh man,... this is super! Every phone I (we) have is on the list,... really shocked with the LG G2 catchin' da boat tho! Now my question is,... does it make better sense to go with the E18 or the X3 player? This question is gnawin' at me intensely at the moment. Before discovering the E18, I had pretty much accepted that finding a DAC for Android my devices wasn't gonna happen in my price range and/or without rooting-n-flashing. So the X3 was my only reasonably priced move,... I mean even if there was an easy Android solution from FiiO, like their many Apple solutions, I'm still carrying 2 small boxes around priced just about the same.

Can someone touch on the pros-n-cons between the E18 vs X3 for Android users. Would be a great help! What's obvious right away is the X3 offers greater decoding flexibility,... not sure if the Note 3 can decode flac and the other loseless files. I'm not an audiofile or own fancy equipment (Samsung Note 3 and a pair of ATH M50's),... just a guy who wants the best music within a reasonable budget from my phone. Thanks!

Don't see the Nexus 7 2013 on the list, so I imagine it doesn't send digital out thru the USB port!

Ya the list was updated since I asked. Nexus 5,wasn't on there yet.

But from every nexus 5 user who has tried the e18. It doesn't work.

I'm guessing 4.2.2 fixed that? I have the N5 but have yet to buy the E18 because I was under then assumption it wouldn't work...

Very interesting...

You should probably add iPhone 5S and iPad (4th gen) to that list, or do you need to have some sort of official MFI license to claim it? Because it works just fine with mine -- no problems at all, and no finicky settings or anything. Just plug it in via the lightning-to-camera cable, and you're good to go.

Note about compatibility with LG G2 (D802) and HTC One

LG G2 stock 4.2.2     -     no additional app required. Any music player can be used, however the stock music can play 24/192.
LG G2 stock 4.4.2     -     does not work natively. You will need third party app like USB Audio Player or USB Audio Recorder.

HTC One stock 4.4.2 -     no additional app required unlike on LG G2. Sweet!

I'd just like to point out (in case nobody has so far) that the E18 works perfectly with the Galaxy Note 3 after updating to 4.4.2. No need for special software.
