So I recently got rid of my X5+E12 combo in favour of using the E18 with my phone. Personally the Phone+E18 is a better sound than the X5+E12 combo. But, let's face it, the majority of us are always looking for ways to improve the sound. So this got me thinking,what would be the most cost effective solution to get the best (cleanest) sound possible... what would the sound be like if I was to combo the E18 with an E12 or E12A? I haven't seen anyone else with a setup like that, so I'm curious to hear what your predictions are.
