I use a E11K at the moment for my ex1 and v-moda M80, I would like a bit more power hence the E12 or the E12A. the power on the E11K is the job with enough power to spare but it doesn't look flush on the back of my MI Note, so I wanna buy a new amp. Thanks in advance, all comments appreciated.

They're both very sensitive headphones and probably don't need any more power. But if you really want a new amp I would go with the E12A (which actually puts 30mW less into a 16 ohm load than the E11K) which was designed for iems and high sensitivity headphones. The E12 has a lot more gain and  could potentially cause your EX1 and M80 to hiss.
Really though, unless you're maxing out the volume on your current setup you have little to gain by giving those two headphones any more power.
