weird. haven't people said in the past that the reason web support was sometimes so spotty with alessandro because it was run by an older, non-technology savy couple? regardless, seems like a nice personal touch to email everyone on their list with that kind of message.

I too envisioned Mr. Alessandro to be a bit older, at first I thought he was the one holding the child in the second pic

It is a very nice touch to send a holiday email, although it is a bit late.
