Hello fellow headfiers, after an extensive research on the forum, I can't recommend myself a good dynamic IEM up to US$100 that sounds flat, or near flat. It can be a tad bass heavy but without sacrificing mids and highs.

Now, my only choice is the Hifiman RE-400, which I read good reviews about.

Any other recomendations? (No, the EPH-100 is not on my list, since it has a bit of recessed highs, too much bass and replacement tips cannot be found to buy).

Also, I don't like balanced armature IEMs.

Currently I own the Etymotic MC5, which I dislike because of the boxy bass and harsh/gritty treble.

Thank you for your help!

How about the Shure SE215? The bass might be a bit too punchy for you - but it is much flatter than most of the typical V-shaped dynamic driver IEMs being marketed to the bass-heads.
