Is the CD layer on the hybrid SACD the same as the initial CD release from 2003?

AllMusic has a separate entry for Love and Theft [Remastered] and in the description they say:
Quote:

In 2003, Columbia/Legacy reissued 15 selected titles from Dylan's catalog as hybrid SACDs, playable in both regular CD players and Super Audio CD players. Each title is packaged as a digipak, containing the full original artwork. On each of the titles, and on each of the layers, the remastered sound is spectacular, a considerable upgrade from the initial CD pressings. Love and Theft was one of five titles that also included a 5.1 Surround Sound mix.

So the combination of a separate entry for a remastered version of Love and Theft along with that quote makes me think it is possible that the CD layer on the hybrid SACD is in fact remastered and different from the initial 2003 CD release. Is it?
