everytime i play in foobar with my dx90 as a dac and using asio4all i get a bsod. I know i need to disable the mango hifi device input but i cant even get to the asio4all control panel. Please help!!! iv'e been wasting on this almost 5 hours now

Why do you bother with asio4all? All it does is provide ASIO compliant interface to f2k, but then it uses Windows drivers to connect to the hardware.
The only reasonable purpose to use asio4all is to provide audio interface to applications that cannot use any other audio interface. F2k has several other options.
