DX260MK2 New firmware for the MK2 1.01

Give the Mk2 a week burn in. I did that and if I already did not own the DX340 I would buy this Bloom supplied loaner. I have only disabled some not needed modules but have not done full optimazation. Have you noticed the new option in audio settings?

I did try usb dac and get some static noise but charging works. I did download the driver.
What did you disable and did it make a difference? Burned in and only thing I've done so far is minimal apps running and airplane mode.

I did my DX340 max debloat but left mango and some other ones enabled to test all the functions.

Update:
See my DX340/180 optimization guide for Windows APP info: Bonus you can access your DAP screen right from your PC

Here is a teaser of the Debloat presets:

Basic Debloat - Stream and Local with BT enabled, default launcher and KBs enabled

QC crap that collects stats taking up resources not needed for music play at all - This one requires uninstalling modules (in 4GB RAM DX260mk2 they use about 4.6% of RAM plus writes to storage)

Thanks Paul! Perfect timing too :)

Update:
My Bloom loaner is all flashed to new FW, rooted and optimized now. Sounds fantastic. I do not remember MK1 sounding this good. I have some testing to do but will start to work on guides this weekend. If you can't wait use my DX340 guides. They have same modules and OS version. MK2 boots so much faster than 340. Min CPU core frequencies both set too high by default. This will waste battery. This could be avoided by doing Stune with reasonable values.

DX260 MK2 Flash guide updated with new FW link.

Use these Modules - NOT other ones. I made some tweaks for 180/260
