Guys/Girls, I have some news! Poulissen Hifi contacted me after sending an e-mail. They are willing to arrange something for us! They are checking a few thing but they are really excited. The only thing I need to know, is a date and how many people will be joining us

Not to put my foot in the door .... I do not think 'exchanging' music is very legal ... it might be prudent not to swing the thought. Vendors might stay away if they know there is 'exchange' of songs.
 
There is nothing as difficult as to establish a good name ... loosing it takes seconds.
So, if we need to count on sponsors and makers to get this done, better be careful.

I know what you mean, it is not exchanging if I pay for the music

 But to come back at the meeting thing, I just had a phone call with Poulissen Hifi in Roermond and they are very excited to help us out! They have coffee and water, and they are willing to dress up a room for us, meaning that they will have enough power plugs available and some tables and chairs.
 
The only possible day is a Saturday because they will be closed on Sunday. If I can give him a day/time and how many people: maximum of 25/30 people with a ***** load of gear. We have our selfs a nice Head-Fi meet in a beautiful store.
 
I opened a new thread, because well, 2014 is past.
