I would like some opinions please.....
For a number of years I have been using Kef m200 earphones when I am working outdoors.
I have found them to be pretty good all round. Just the right ammount of bass for me.
They are on their last legs now.
I spent a lot of time reading reviews as I wanted to go a little higher up the scale regarding sound quality.
Unfortunately, I fell for the hype about IMR Acoustics and bought a second hand pair of Rah, which turned out to be as Meghan Trainor
sang....... It's all about the bass, which was outstanding but far too overpowering and dominated everything else, whilst this can be tamed somewhat, I found the mids really lacking in depth which was a real disappointment and stopped them from being top class. Overall I preferred the Kefs.
I am now looking for recommendations for a really good replacement for my Kefs and was looking at a pair of DUNU dk-4001 if I can find some second hand for around £250. I tried a friend's dk-2001s which were really good but not enough bass, the 4001s are supposed to have more bass.
