I want to buy a Chaintech AV710 card, but I was wondering what happens to the headphone/mic jacks on the front of the PC?

Do they still work after the card is installed, or is it tied to the integrated audio? I switch back/forth between speakers and headphones many times a day, so it's really important to me.

Also, my PC uses the integrated "Intel High Definition Audio", which seems to be pretty good already, so I'm wondering whether I'd actually notice a difference between the AV710 with SR60's.

if you open up the computer, u will see a cable going to the audio jacks on the front of the computer. After you install the new sound card, you have to run the cable from there to the jacks.
