DT990 impedance

This can be very easily measured with a multimeter at the plug. Check Wikipedia to find out which strip is ground/L/R on a TRS plug.

EDIT: Ok, I checked - measure between the frontmost and the rearmost metal bits on the plug. However they are probably the 600 ohm version.

If you have the really old DT-990 with the black plastic grille on the back lined with off-white fabric, i believe they were only available 600 ohm.

That is the version i have, fwiw.
