So being using the dt880 for the last few days. They sound pretty good. However their so tight around my ears. I have a really large head and I had to extend the headphones all the way to fit, however around my ears their super clampy. So I'm putting them around some books to stretch them out a bit.

Previously had the hd 600 and didn't have any huge problem with them, but I got those 4 years ago so I don't know.

Any advice what I should do?

Ehh that sounds risky, could you give me some more detail? I'm thinking of just putting it between some books and letting it stay there for a few days.

That may or may not work... it's very sturdy and thick so I doubt stretching it like that will make a big difference. I've just stretched the metal arms that connect to the cups and with quite a bit of force too. The shape stays and you can always bend back, but I understand why one wouldn't like to do that.
