Ordering now so they arrive before the 24th, If I need an amp for either/both I will be getting the FiiO E10 with the headphone of choice.

Has to be closed, as I need them not to leak alot of sound. I have already tried the dt990's and really enjoyed the comfort but unamped they sounded awful and I needed closed so they went back months ago. So I know the dt770's will be comfortable.
I have tried the original CAL's, they sounded amazing for the price, though were far to small and hurt my ears so went back. I see that the new cals are alot bigger and will go around the ears, but they are £99.99 only £29 less than the DT770 80ohms. That was the thing about the cals, they were amazing for the price but now the new model is in enthusiast territory price.
Will the dt770's be worth the extra £30, and are the cal2's worth the £99.99 early buyer inflation.
Music is basically just metal of all kinds, and alot of gaming.
