Has anyone heard the DT770 i?

I saw it at a Guitar Center in Mesa AZ yesterday. The package said they were 16 Ohm and "Optimized for mobile sources".

I can't even find any info for these on the Beyerdynamic website, nor can I find them on the Guitar Center website.

I'm not in the market for them, just saw them and thought I would ask. Would be interesting to compare them to the other phones in the DT770 family.

I can't be positive, but I think the price was around $180.

I saw these today too since I'm looking to get my first pair of higher end headphones (been using some $8 earphones, ready to take the plunge to something better haha). I've had my eye on the DT770 and had never even heard a mention of the "i" version anywhere. Guy at the counter said they just got them in. He let me try them on and plug em into my Nexus 6. Had to crank the volume all the way up, so maybe they still need an amp (I'm still a newbie so I don't know anything haha)? Sounded great to me though so if they're anything like higher Ohms I might bite on the 770s. And yeah, they were $199 at this store. Pro 80s were $230.

There really isn't too much info. on these at all. Would be cool if they went all the way modern with it too and made it with detachable cables, and included a cable with mic and controls. I really doubt they would do that cause it would be too awesome and headphone companies aren't about being too awesome.
