On my new pair of Dt770's the headband has started to make a loud clicking nouse whenever I slightly rotate one of the ear-cups. I'm pretty sure they shouldnt be doing this because it wasnt happening right when i got them. Once I opened up the headband I saw that the piece of metal that connects the ear cup to the band is hitting the metal piece of the actual headband when the ear cups turns (only slightly, I know they aren't supposed to turn). The sound seemshappens a lot when I'm taking the headphones off of my head. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know how to fix this?

It's common to the design of the headphone. For the record, this happens with my DT770pro 250ohm, but never happened to my ancient DT990pro 600ohm.

Don't worry, nothing is braking, just the design of the headband.

Happens with mine too. If you take off the headband pad (it's just snaps) you'll see why. Nothing to worry about.

As you can see, the top part of the band sometimes catches on the two metal parts around it. The whole construction is super durable, so that won't hurt it.

Ok sweet, I'm not worried anymore.
