Wow...I just got these from dpippel. Altho they seemed to be nice enough but really just a vanilla set of cans...i was all set to put them on the FS forum. Then .. I saw a couple of threads about how the Porta Corda II matches so well with them and I thought...well since i just happen to have a PCII....why not....try something new....and suddenly... Presto!...instant sophistication!...(or driving rock at least)....like the plane jane girl with owl eye glasses and hair in a bun...who takes off the glasses and shakes her hair out and.... aiee chihuauha!...jaw dropping wonderful sound!

What back end were you using with it before you tried the Corda? They can sound a bit ordinary depending on the associated gear, but with decent push they are some fun little bastards (good ol 94 db/mw can be a bear). So much so, I had to go reacquire them a few months ago.
