This is going to sound weird, but the opening song from Disney's The Lion King. Starts off epic and everyone in the room starts singing along (assuming they're about my age, which is college student).

Sweet Caroline is another great song to sing drunk.

Anything by popular by Eve 6 or anything 90's pop-rock. Once again, probably because of my age, but still fun to drunkenly sing.
