So I ordered the Dragonfly v1.2..gets here on Monday. I was planning on using Razer surround software to emulate 7.1.
But I am being told this is not possible since you have to enable Dragonfly as the playback device.
Does anyone have a solution for this? Are there any good surround software that I can use here?
Right now I have laptop to USB Dragonfly v2 to amplifier to headphones. I also have a REcon3d unit but not sure how this would all fit in ...
This is 100% for watching movies with the highest quality sound. I am streaming movies from DirectTV and amazon prime.
