I own a pair of Beats by Dr.Dre Studio´s, but a family member has a Bose QC15, and with my Studio´s im able to listen them fro 2/3 hours non stop. While with the Bose I listen to them for about 1 hour, and i get a huge headache. 
 
Anybody have this problem too?

.....that's strange, Bose's ANC technology is considered to be better than Beats (almost all other company's ANC should be better than beats), and the QC15s are very very comfortable....
Sound quality aside (ANC cans, crappy anyway), QC15 is probably one of the best ANC cans ever made

The ANC are a lot more harsh with noise canceling, but they're way better at it.
