Douk U3 Mini headphone amp - Question on power supply voltage / amp rating

Well nice to see this thread still going. I'm still using my Douk little amp for the reason I bought it. Plenty of power to use my sennheiser and grado phones. Still power it from a old Samsung 9v supply. All good. What I wanted it for was so I could use my old spare project debut 2 deck. So I just use the decks rca outs into the project pre out amp. Then a set of rca into this amp. And headphones in front etc . So I have the set up near my chair and control volume. All good.

I just thought I'd update my own chip-swap results to date: tried a Burson Vivid V6, LM4562NA, and a fresh NJM5532DD. Burson will be liked by many, with much body and detail; 4562 "almost" made it, but was lacking just a bit in HF & openness; for the time being, the 5532 remains in the socket - not as much bass as the other 2, but the sound is extremely transparent and otherwise neutral up & down the spectrum.

I'm almost temped to buy a pack of 4562's to see if mfg variation would flush one with a more open top end.
