Yeah man, I'm really liking them, unfortunately I haven't had time to actually go buy any of their music, I'm stuck with the occasional myspace visit. but, the music is crazy good. I like the mix of female vocals and techno in metal. Its different.

I'd like some Doom Metal recommendations based on what I'm going to say next.

I love Ozzy's " Black Sabbath " and " War Pigs " songs, and I've recently been wanting more music like this.
I've heard My Dying Brides' album Turn Loose The Swans and I liked it, but I'm looking for something I little different I guess.

I love the whole background and likeness of their song " Your River ", the beginning and the screeches in the background are really nice.
I also like how towards the end they have the clean vocals going " Where now? Feed me! Hold me! Save me! " and then Death Metal-ish vocals cutting in.
I love the music in the games Doom and Doom 2, must be why I like the song " Your River ", I'd really like some music like this but with vocals. I'd like clean vocals, but death metal-ish vocals are okay too.
I really donno what genre I'm talking about if there is such a thing, Doom Metal seems to be closest but I'm not sure as I like faster songs as well.

Any album, song or artist recommendations?
Thank you all,

Joseph

Daylight Dies - Dismantling Devotion
Dark Suns - Swanlike
Novembre's Doom?
Katatonia - Brave Murder Day, Dance of December Souls, For Funerals to come

Thy Serpent - Christcrusher, Death
Black Harvest - White Light Came Down

While the Above forementioned bands might not be strickly Doom Metal (Except for Katatonia who, IMO, is the epitome of Doom Metal) its what I listen to when I want dark, and melonchaly music.
