Is there a repeat function for foobar, where it will repeat the same song over and over ....

a 'foobar repeat' search turned up nothing.

There certainly is. In your main play window on the right side up near the top, you should see default, click on the arrow next to default and you'll see Random, Repeat and Repeat One. Select whichever one you want and viola!
